DignifiedCaskets.com offers free delivery to most areas within 25 miles of most major airports in the continental United States unless the order is expressed. In many cases, we can deliver the casket the next business day. Delivery typically occurs within 24-48 hours (and sometimes 72 hours) from the time of order. There may be a small surcharge for some rural areas, rushed deliveries, and/or weekend deliveries (if available). Customer is also responsible for all hold fees, refused delivery fees, attempted or missed deliveries fees, change of address fees, trash removal fees, and any additional mileage. These fees will be what DignifiedCaskets.com is charged by the respective 3rd party delivery services.
Dignified Caskets can work with you to make sure you get exactly the casket you are looking for. If you would like to exchange your casket order for a different model you will need to do so before it leaves our warehouse to avoid re-stocking fees and all shipping and handling charges incurred.
If after you receive your order and you would like to return, exchange, or cancel it for any reason, you may do so (provided there is no damage). Please contact our customer support team to discuss your options. If this is a cancellation, please send us a cancellation letter to email@example.com. You will be charged the shipping and handling costs to the agreed upon ship-to location, a $550.00 cost for the return shipment, plus a 25% restock fee. We must receive our casket back within 10 business days. If we do not receive the product within the 10 day period you will be charged 18% anum per day. If we still do not receive the casket within 30 days, we will pursue you criminally.
If this is an exchange you will be liable for all shipping and handling costs each direction the product moves. Those shipping costs will be discussed with you at time of exchange.
If you do a chargeback for the product and you do not return the product to us within the timelines as stated above, we will prosecute you criminally.
We cannot return custom orders such as head panels or custom painted or printed caskets as they are one off and made for a specific person. All sales are final on custom orders. We also cannot return, cancel, or exchange “Clearance” items. They are sold as is. We also cannot accept a used casket. By law if a body has been placed in a casket for any amount of time, it is considered used and cannot be returned for any reason.
All refunds due will be processed within 7 to 10 business days once we receive your product (provided there is no damage).
If your product is delivered with damage, please sign the delivery receipt marked “damaged” and then inform us and will work out the best remedy to fix the problem.

Orders placed during the weekends are considered Monday orders with delivery available on Tuesday. Please call for special situations. DignifiedCaskets.com is not liable and shall be held harmless for any shipment delays due to inclement weather, acts of god, acts of war, governmental action, work stoppages, cargo refusal and/or carrier delays.
We ship all caskets in a protective “air tray” shipping box on commercial air carriers. All casket shipments will automatically include freight insurance to cover any damages that may result in the shipping process. Once the casket is delivered and signed for in good condition Dignified Caskets is not responsible for the casket. Your casket will arrive on time and in good condition.
