Once you order a casket, our team immediately begins working to determine the availability and deliverability for your area.

We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.  We guarantee your product will be delivered (see shipping policy) as ordered to the funeral home or location of your choice.  If you are not completely satisfied, please contact Customer Service immediately and we will replace any imperfections as soon as possible.




Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your casket purchase, we will work to make your order right.  Refunds will be processed once the casket is returned without damage to our warehouse.  Allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to process.

You may exchange your casket purchases for another model only before the truck leaves our warehouse with the casket. 

You may choose to cancel your order at any time.  Returns and Cancelled orders after the shipping has occurred will result in a 25% restocking fee plus the actual costs of any delivery and/or returned delivery shipping expenses.  Orders on hold that are cancelled are still subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
