Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At Dignified Caskets we take pride in our customer satisfaction track record and we offer a Guarantee for all casket orders. When you place an order we will begin working to determine availability for your area for the best delivery options possible.

We can guarantee delivery of your casket order to within 25 miles of most major cities in the U.S. and your order will show up on time and intact (see our casket shipping policy). If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order placement Dignified Caskets will work with you to remedy the situation.


Casket Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations


Dignified Caskets can work with you to make sure you get exactly the casket you are looking for. If after you receive your order you would like to change it for any reason, we will provide a refund within 7 to 10 business days once we receive the casket (provided there is no damage)

Dignified Caskets can work with you to make sure you get exactly the casket you are looking for. If you would like to exchange your casket order for a different model you will need to do so before it leaves our warehouse to avoid re-stocking fees and all shipping and handling charges incurred.

If you have to, for any reason, cancel, exhange, or return your order, you can do so at any time. You must first email us stating that you would like to cancel. Please send the cancellation notice to info@dignifiedcaskets.com. You will be charged the shipping and handling costs to the agreed upon ship-to location, a $550.00 cost for the return shipment, plus a 25% restock fee. We must receive our casket back within 10 business days. If we do not receive the product within the 10 day period you will be charged 18% anum per day. If we still do not receive the casket within 30 days, we will pursue you criminally.

If this is an exchange you will be liable for all shipping and handling costs each direction the product moves. If you refuse acceptance of product and have the casket sent back to us without sending us a cancellation email, we will charge you 25% restock fee, shipping and handling costs to ship the product to you and then $550.00 to ship it back to us. We cannot return custom orders such as head panels or custom painted or printed caskets as they are one off and made for a specific person. All sales are final on custom orders. We also cannot return, cancel, or exchange “Clearance” items. They are sold as is. We also cannot accept a used casket. If your product is delivered with damage, please sign the delivery receipt marked “damaged” and then inform us and will work out the best remedy to fix the problem.
