At Dignified Caskets we take pride in our customer satisfaction track record and we offer a 100% guarantee for all casket orders. When you place an order we will begin working to determine availability for your area for the best delivery options possible.

We can guarantee delivery of your casket order to within 25 miles of most major cities in the U.S. and your order will show up on time and intact (see our casket shipping policy). If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order placement Dignified Caskets will work with you to remedy the situation.

Casket Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

Dignified Caskets can work with you to make sure you get exactly the casket you are looking for. If after you receive your order you would like to change it for any reason, we will provide a refund within 7 to 10 business days once we receive the casket (provided there is no damage)

If you would like to exchange your casket order for a different model you will need to do so before it leaves our warehouse to avoid re-stocking fees.

If you have to for any reason cancel your order you can do so at any time. If the casket purchase is cancelled after it leaves the warehouse there will be a 25% restocking fee plus all shipping and delivery charges for any returns or cancellations.
